Safety, Rights & Resident Expectations
We respect every resident’s privacy. Confidential medical and personal information is securely maintained and shared only when necessary for care coordination or as required by law.

To ensure a safe and stable environment for everyone, we maintain clear and consistent house guidelines. Weapons, alcohol, and illegal substances are not permitted. All medications are managed by trained staff, and smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

To support a structured and respectful home environment, residents are expected to:

Join meals in the dining area

Keep personal rooms and appliances reasonably neat

Sign out when leaving the facility and provide notice for overnight or extended visits
Residents are encouraged to actively participate in their care planning, because we believe independence and accountability go hand in hand.
